There were issues with overcharging which required the involvement of an outside party to rectify.

The hotel was situated close to a well-known amusement park, perfect for those looking to visit it during their city break. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out, which made our visit to the city much easier. Finally, the price of the hotel was very reasonable, making it an affordable option for travelers on a budget.

During our stay, we encountered an issue where we were overcharged for the room. While this was an inconvenience, the receptionist did try and make up for it by offering us some complimentary drinks.

We had a great stay at this hotel close to Heide Park. The location was convenient for us as we could easily walk to the park and save on transportation costs. The staff were friendly and helpful, we were offered to store our bags before check-in. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, making us feel comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.

The hotel was in a great location for visiting an amusement park nearby, which saved us a lot of time and made our weekend more enjoyable. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel before check-in, making it easier to explore the town without hauling our luggage around. the price was very reasonable, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers.

We did experience a small issue with the receptionist accidentally charging us for the room when we had already paid online.
